We ship worldwide and only use the best global couriers to ship our products.
The delivery is made to the address indicated by the client at the time of validating the order. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders for which PO Box or hotel addresses are provided.
USA, CANADA, SWITZERLAND: 30€
REST OF WORLD: 40 €
We offer free shipping to orders over 700€
Additional taxes and duties may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer upon receipt of goods. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.
Packaging – Dispatching: For items in stock, it takes approximately 1-2 business days to prepare and package your order before dispatching it from our shop.
For pre-orders, the date is always specified on the product page.
Shipping: Delivery takes between 3-5 working days depending on your location.
When your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you’ll be able to track your package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14 day returns policy (following order delivery).
In such case please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back to us, in order to receive a printable return form to put on your parcel.
All items should be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the original tags attached, without having been used or carried.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.
Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The cost associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 15 days after reception of the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. All transactions are in Euros. All payments made on our site are secure and we do not store any payment informations.
